At Tamra Choco, we take pride in delivering premium dates, chocolates, and handmade gift products in excellent condition. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Returns are accepted only if:

* You received the wrong product.
* Your order arrived damaged.
* Your order is incomplete.
* The product has a quality issue at the time of delivery.

If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

* A brief description of the issue

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We inspect every order before dispatch.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will review your request and, where appropriate, offer one of the following:

* Replacement product
* Store credit
* Full or partial refund

The decision will depend on the nature of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

For food safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once delivered:

* Dates
* Stuffed dates
* Chocolate-coated dates
* Chocolates
* Handmade food products
* Gift boxes
* Customised or personalised orders
* Sale items
* Gift cards

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
